"Hello,
This is just to say thanks very much for the great service I got at the weekend from Aeroparks.
I arrived really early on Saturday morning, for a flight to CHCH my car broke down just as I pulled in to Aeroparks! But your staff were so helpful and kind.
They assured me that the car would be pushed around the back where it could be towed easily by the AA when I got back. And I was able to get away to my flight knowing that all would be well until I got back.
Then when I came back on Sunday night, the staff were lovely as always.
I just wanted to say a big thanks. Car is now fixed and I’ll be seeing you guys again soon, when I’m next travelling.

"Really good service. I have used Aeroparks for about 2-3 years now (approx 30 times). One thing though is when I got a new staff member at reception a couple of weeks ago, she insisted I remove all but the car key. I had previously taken all keys other than my house key off the key ring and, up til then, this was OK with staff. I can understand why you dont want a big bunch of keys but I think having one house key with the car key is acceptable. "
