Summer Promo Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Aeroparks Promotional Terms and Conditions for its 2016/17 Summer Promotion. Registered office is at 112 Pavilion Rd, Airport Oaks, Auckland NZ
  2. Employees of Aeroparks Holdings Ltd, their family members, agents or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. Route to entry for the competition is available via Aeroparks http://www.aeroparks.co.nz/booknow.aspx online booking systems only.
  4. Overall final closing date for entry will be Midnight 28 February 2017. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The competition:
  5. opens immediately upon receiving this electronic newsletter from Aeroparks and runs until midnight 15 December 2016
  6. then opens again from midnight 14 January 2017 and closes at midnight 28 February 2017
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows
    1. Entrants must be a customer of Aeroparks.
    2. Entrants must complete the online booking forms in either Aeroparks and/or AeroDrive. Quoting the promocode SUMMERPROMO in the forms
    3. Entrants must either park their car at Aeroparks or hire a rental car from AeroDrive within the following dates:
      1. Immediately upon receiving this electronic newsletter from Aeroparks until midnight 15 December 2016 or
      2. Midnight 14 January 2017 until midnight 28 February 2017
    4. Entrants can enter more than once. Each entrant will receive 1 entry for each booking within the specified timeframes with either Aeroparks or AeroDrive.
    5. Entrants must be 18yrs as at 15 December 2016 and hold a current NZ Driver’s license.
    6. Entrants must reside in NZ. You may not enter this competition if you reside outside NZ
  9. Aeroparks reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Aeroparks’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Aeroparks.
  10. Aeroparks is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  12. Winners will be chosen by 10th March 2017 at random by software provided by Flipmind.com from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents with the code SUMMERPROMO.
  13. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  14. Aeroparks will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected
  15. Aeroparks’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by NZ law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NZ courts
  18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the 1993 NZ Privacy Act and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Aeroparks Holdings Ltd and not to any other party.
