We booked online to park at your excellent establishment for 10 days in September 2012 and want to take this opportunity to express our thanks for your companies first class service quality. The entire process was seamless from the time we booked online, left the car with you and picked it up at the end of the period. Your staff were a pleasure to deal with. I would like to particularly mention your coach driver who went out of his way to be helpful & friendly. I was initially apprehensive as I take particular pride in our Mercedes Benz car & did not want it in anyway damaged. I need not have worried, it was parked at the entranceway & in perfect condition when we got back. Once again, many thanks & we look forward to parking with you in the future.

Let me tell you about some excellent service I received from your staff last week. First up, you kept your word; someone text'd me when I returned home from 10 days in Australia, and I was picked up within 10 minutes of the returned text by Terry. Polite, courteous and best of all, prompt.
Unfortunately, when I got to your office, I was informed me I had a flat tyre. Not to worry, I only had to change the tyre and have it repaired. But that was not to be. When I opened the boot, no spare. I was kindly offered the office phone to ring around for a supplier. After four attempts, no luck. No one would come after 5.30. AA informed me that a charge of $374 would be incurred.
Here your staffers really came into their own. One offered me his own space saver tyre to get me to a hotel, get a tyre repair next day and return it before I left for Home; a 6 hour drive away. I was absolutely blown away with his generosity. He went to get his spare. Thenanother asked if she could see the car. Maybe the tyre was bolted underneath the chassis, something I hadn't thought of. Long story, but she found the space saver tyre, brand new and unused in a place I hadn't looked. Embarrassing, and doubly so as the staff member had just turned up with his spare, but wonderful. Then, to cap all this generosity and kindness, a young driver/mech' changed the tyre for me. Everyone bid me farewell, wished me luck, and I drove to a welcome bed. I had to buy a new tyre next day, but for all the 6 hour drive home, I couldn't stop smiling!
Please thank your excellent and kind staffers on my behalf. They really made a potential disaster turn into an almost pleasant experience. I could not have asked for better service, and their kindness to a customer/stranger was exemplary. Please give each a copy of this letter. Writing this is the least I can do.

Hey guys just wanted to drop a line to say what a great service you guys are running, we have tried several places over the years and by far you guys outdo them all.
From the online booking and confirmation, the check in, text to pickup and the excellent shuttle drivers, all was so easy and the use of technology made it easier not harder as is quite often the case. Will defiantly use you again.

The staff were very friendly and courteous , and I would have no hesitation
in recommending Aeroparks to anyone needing to leave their car in the vicinity
of Auckland International Airport at very competitive rates and then be dropped off / collected
immediately outside the terminal .
